– 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
– 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
– 1 tbsp green chutney
– ½ tsp chaat masala
– ½ tsp red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– 1 tsp lemon juice
Steps:
1. In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, sev, onion, tomato, potato, and peanuts.
2. Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
3. Mix everything well until evenly coated.
4. Add lemon juice and give a final toss.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander and extra sev.
