Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. In a bowl, toss florets with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
- Prepare an assembly line with three bowls: one with flour, garlic powder, and onion powder, one with unsweetened soy milk, and one with Panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Toss the florets in the flour mixture, dip them into the soy milk binder, and then press them into the Panko mixture until fully enveloped.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the exterior is mahogany-colored and firm.
