Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. In a bowl, toss florets with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  2. Prepare an assembly line with three bowls: one with flour, garlic powder, and onion powder, one with unsweetened soy milk, and one with Panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Toss the florets in the flour mixture, dip them into the soy milk binder, and then press them into the Panko mixture until fully enveloped.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the exterior is mahogany-colored and firm.
