Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  2. Fold in the Panko breadcrumbs, mixing gently with your hands or a spoon to avoid overworking the meat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and line the basket or spray it generously with oil.
  4. Scoop approximately 1.5 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place in the basket, leaving at least 1/2 inch of space between each meatball.
  5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the meatballs with tongs at the 8-minute mark.
  6. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the exterior is mahogany-brown before removing.
