Instructions:
- Prepare the fruit by slicing the banana the night before and freezing in chunks to ensure a thick texture.
- Core and slice the apple, keeping the skin on to preserve fiber and nutrients.
- Add the liquid base (milk), Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and almond butter into a high-speed blender first to ensure smooth processing.
- Add the apple slices, frozen banana chunks, and cinnamon to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until the apple skins are fully pulverized and the mixture is bright and velvety.
- Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides if needed and serve immediately to prevent oxidation.
