Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao liqueur
  • 3 oz Sprite, 7-Up, or lemonade
  • 1 thin lemon wheel
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball or hurricane glass to the brim with fresh, solid ice cubes, packing them tightly to maintain temperature.
  2. Measure and pour the vodka and Blue Curaçao directly over the ice.
  3. Slowly pour the Sprite or lemonade over the spirits to create a slight gradient effect.
  4. Using a bar spoon, give the drink one gentle stir from the bottom up to integrate flavors without losing carbonation. Stir for about 5 seconds until the color looks consistent.
  5. Garnish the glass by sliding a lemon wheel to the side and placing a maraschino cherry on top.
