Ingredients:

  • 1 package (85g) Berry Blue Jello mix
  • 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
  • 1 cup (240ml) Blue Raspberry Vodka
  • ½ cup (120ml) cold water

Instructions:

  1. Bring 1 cup (240ml) of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately whisk in the Berry Blue gelatin powder. Stir constantly for about 2 minutes or until the granules have completely disappeared and the liquid is smooth.
  3. Slowly pour in the ½ cup (120ml) of cold water, followed by 1 cup (240ml) of Blue Raspberry Vodka. Whisk gently to combine until the mixture is a vibrant, translucent syrup.
  4. Carefully pour the liquid into 2 oz (60ml) plastic condiment cups, filling them nearly to the brim.
  5. Place the cups on a baking sheet to prevent tipping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the tops are firm to the touch.
