Instructions:

  1. Pour the cold whole milk into a large mixing bowl and sprinkle the instant pudding mix over the surface. Whisk or use a hand mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes until a soft paste forms.
  2. Gently spoon the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture. Use a silicone spatula to fold the ingredients together using a 'cut and fold' motion until no white streaks remain.
  3. Allow the frosting to rest in the bowl for 5 minutes. This allows the modified starches to fully hydrate for maximum piping stability.
