Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This ensures the bottom of the rolls doesn't get soggy.
  2. Arrange the 40 frozen pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Ensure the bottom of the basket is evenly covered.
  3. Apply a light mist of avocado oil spray over the rolls. This creates those tiny 'micro bubbles' on the crust for extra crunch.
  4. Slide the basket in and set the timer for 4 minutes. Cook until you hear a consistent sizzle.
  5. At the 4-minute mark, pull the basket out and give it a vigorous toss. Ensure the rolls have shifted positions completely.
  6. Air fry for another 3 to 4 minutes. Cook until the edges are deeply golden and the centers feel firm.
  7. While the rolls finish cooking, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano in a large mixing bowl. Doing this while the butter is hot helps bloom the oregano.
  8. Remove the rolls from the basket and immediately transfer them to the bowl. Toss until every roll is glistening and herb flecked.
  9. Let them sit in the bowl for exactly 60 seconds. This allows the butter to soak into the microscopic cracks of the crust.
  10. Serve immediately. Move them to a platter while the centers are still molten. Warn your guests - they are hotter than they look!
