Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) 100% pure purple grape juice

Instructions:

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry. Place them in an airtight freezer bag and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until they feel like hard marbles.
  2. Pour 1 cup (240ml) of grape juice into the blender first to ensure the blades spin freely.
  3. Add the frozen grapes to the blender. Start on a low pulse setting to break the fruit into shards, then increase to high speed.
  4. Blend until the mixture is a uniform royal purple hue and the texture is smooth and velvety.
  5. Immediately pour the mixture into chilled glasses and serve with a fresh grape garnish on the rim.
