Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fruit punch
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Fresh orange slices

Instructions:

  1. Pour the chilled fruit punch and fresh lemon juice into the blender carafe. Add the honey for added viscosity and pulse for 5 seconds to integrate the liquids.
  2. Add the frozen mixed berries and the crushed ice. Start the blender on the lowest setting, gradually increasing to high. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and no ice chunks remain.
  3. Stop the blender and use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides. If the mixture is too thick, add an extra 1/4 cup of punch; if too liquid, add 1/2 cup more frozen berries and blend again. Pour immediately into chilled glasses and garnish with mint, cherries, and orange slices.
