Ingredients:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions:
- Cut the seedless watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet to prevent clumping and freeze for at least 4 hours until completely solid.
- Pour the honey, vanilla extract, and cold water into the blender first.
- Layer the frozen watermelon cubes on top of the liquid ingredients.
- Pulse the blender on the lowest setting for 5-10 seconds to break the cubes into smaller shards, then gradually increase to high speed and blend until the mixture is smooth and frosty.
- Pour the slushie immediately into chilled glasses and serve.
