Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs / 680g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels to ensure a golden-brown crust.
- Rub the salt, pepper, and paprika evenly over all sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish, ensuring they are not touching.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over each chicken breast, coating all surfaces.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from oven and let the chicken rest on a plate for 5 minutes to allow juices to reabsorb.
- Pour the remaining garlic butter from the baking dish over the chicken before serving.
