Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, beaten egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, avoiding overworking the meat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 1.5-inch diameter balls. Repeat to form 15 uniform meatballs.
- For oven method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Space meatballs 1 inch apart and bake for 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For air fryer method: Set to 375°F (190°C). Arrange meatballs in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown.
