Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the broccoli under cold water and pat completely dry using a salad spinner or clean kitchen towel to ensure crisping.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly until every floret is evenly coated with the garlic-oil mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer to maximize airflow.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tips are mahogany-colored and aromatic.
