Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2 tbsp 2% milk (cold)
- 1 tbsp lavender simple syrup
- 1 drop natural purple food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
- In a glass pitcher or wide-mouth mason jar, combine the cold heavy cream, 2% milk, and lavender syrup. Add purple food coloring if desired.
- Submerge the head of a handheld milk frother just below the surface of the liquid. Tilt the pitcher slightly to create a vortex.
- Turn the frother on and move it up and down slowly for 20–30 seconds until the liquid transforms into a thick, aerated cream.
- Stop frothing once the mixture reaches a 'soft peak' stage, resembling melted marshmallow fluff that holds its shape briefly when the frother is lifted.
