Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz / 170g) Cod fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Pat the cod fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure a proper sear.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the seasoning mixture generously over all sides of the fish, rubbing it in to ensure full coverage.
  4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 8–10 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Immediately after removing from the air fryer, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
