Ingredients:
- 2 (6 oz / 170g) Cod fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Pat the cod fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure a proper sear.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoning mixture generously over all sides of the fish, rubbing it in to ensure full coverage.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 8–10 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- Immediately after removing from the air fryer, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
