Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh raspberries
  • 2 oz (60ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 2 oz (60ml) vodka
  • 1/2 oz (15ml) triple sec
  • 3-4 (15g) fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig (1g) fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Place the fresh raspberries and honey into the bottom of your shaker. Use the muddler to press the berries firmly until they are crushed into a thick, seed-filled pulp.
  2. Add the vodka, triple sec, and lemon juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker to the brim with ice.
  3. Seal tightly and shake vigorously for 15 seconds—until the outside of the metal shaker is frosted and feels painfully cold to the touch.
  4. Double-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into your chilled glass to remove berry seeds and pulp.
  5. Top with a mint sprig and fresh berries for a professional finish.
