Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (75g) fresh raspberries
- 2 oz (60ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
- 2 oz (60ml) vodka
- 1/2 oz (15ml) triple sec
- 3-4 (15g) fresh raspberries
- 1 sprig (1g) fresh mint
Instructions:
- Place the fresh raspberries and honey into the bottom of your shaker. Use the muddler to press the berries firmly until they are crushed into a thick, seed-filled pulp.
- Add the vodka, triple sec, and lemon juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker to the brim with ice.
- Seal tightly and shake vigorously for 15 seconds—until the outside of the metal shaker is frosted and feels painfully cold to the touch.
- Double-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into your chilled glass to remove berry seeds and pulp.
- Top with a mint sprig and fresh berries for a professional finish.
