Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blue curacao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups Sprite
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 0.5 cup grenadine
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Fill individual highball glasses or a large punch bowl with the frozen blueberries to create a structural base.
  2. Mix the blue curacao syrup and club soda, then pour into the glasses over the blueberries.
  3. Combine the chilled pineapple juice, Sprite, and coconut cream in a pitcher.
  4. Place the back of a tablespoon against the inside edge of the glass, just above the blue layer, and slowly pour the white mixture over the spoon to maintain layering.
  5. Mix the chilled cranberry juice and grenadine together.
  6. Using the same back-of-the-spoon technique, gently pour the red mixture over the white layer.
  7. Garnish the top with frozen strawberry slices and frozen raspberries.
