Ingredients:
- 2 cups blue curacao syrup (non-alcoholic)
- 1 cup club soda
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups Sprite
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 0.5 cup grenadine
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
Instructions:
- Fill individual highball glasses or a large punch bowl with the frozen blueberries to create a structural base.
- Mix the blue curacao syrup and club soda, then pour into the glasses over the blueberries.
- Combine the chilled pineapple juice, Sprite, and coconut cream in a pitcher.
- Place the back of a tablespoon against the inside edge of the glass, just above the blue layer, and slowly pour the white mixture over the spoon to maintain layering.
- Mix the chilled cranberry juice and grenadine together.
- Using the same back-of-the-spoon technique, gently pour the red mixture over the white layer.
- Garnish the top with frozen strawberry slices and frozen raspberries.
