- 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
- 2 cups (480ml) skim milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) low-sugar chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp (0.75g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- In a large mixing pitcher, whisk together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and fine sea salt to break up clumps.
- Gradually pour in the skim milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract, whisking vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and no dry cocoa pockets remain.
- Pour the prepared chocolate base into the Ninja SLUSHi reservoir, ensuring it does not exceed the Max Fill line.
- Select the 'Slush' or 'Milkshake' setting and allow the machine to churn for approximately 20 minutes until the mixture is thick and swirling.
- Dispense the velvety chocolate slushie into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
