Ingredients:
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3 cups club soda
- 2 cups vodka
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, thinly sliced into wheels
- 2 cups watermelon cubes, frozen solid
Instructions:
- Blend the fresh watermelon cubes until completely liquefied.
- Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl to remove the pulp, leaving a smooth liquid.
- Stir in the lime juice, agave nectar, and sea salt until fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate the fruit base for at least 2 hours to ensure it is ice-cold.
- Fill a beverage dispenser with the frozen watermelon cubes.
- Pour in the chilled fruit base and the vodka.
- Gently stir in the club soda and filtered water.
- Float the lime wheels and mint leaves on top for garnish.
