Ingredients:

  • 2 ¾ cups (650ml) whole milk, chilled
  • 1 ¼ cups (300ml) heavy cream, chilled
  • ¾ cup + 1 tbsp (190ml) strawberry syrup
  • 6 tbsp + 1 tsp (85g) granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp (12ml) vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (120ml) whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) strawberry puree or sauce
  • 4 fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, whisk together the chilled whole milk and heavy cream until fully integrated.
  2. Slowly stir in the strawberry syrup, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, whisking until the sugar granules have completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi frozen drink vessel.
  4. Select the MILKSHAKE preset and set the temperature to medium-cold to ensure a creamy consistency.
  5. Wait for the machine to signal completion (typically 3-5 beeps).
  6. Dispense the slushie into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream, strawberry sauce, and fresh strawberry slices.
