Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup (120ml) water
- 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Combine frozen strawberries, liquid base, sweetener, and lemon juice into a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and no frozen chunks remain.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher for a seedless finish.
- Pour the strawberry base into the Ninja SLUSHi frozen drink vessel.
- Lock the lid and select the SLUSHIE preset.
- Adjust the temperature setting to 'Medium' for a standard slush or 'Cold' for a thicker consistency.
- Allow the machine to run for approximately 35–40 minutes until the mixture transitions to a frosty slush.
