Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Roll lemons on the counter with firm pressure to loosen membranes, then juice them and pass the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl.
  2. Combine 1 cup of warm water, monk fruit sweetener, and sea salt in a small bowl; whisk vigorously until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the strained lemon juice and the remaining 5 cups of filtered water into a large pitcher.
  4. Stir in the sweetener concentrate and mix for 30 seconds to ensure the mixture is homogenized.
