Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (125g) frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) sugar-free raspberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup (160g) ice cubes
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • 1 thin slice of lime

Instructions:

  1. Combine the frozen raspberries, cold water, sugar-free raspberry syrup, and lemon juice in the blender canister. Add the optional cup of ice cubes for a denser consistency.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to high. Use the blender tamper to push the frozen fruit down into the blades. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
  3. Check the consistency. If too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time while pulsing. If too thin, add a handful of ice and blend again.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh raspberries, a mint sprig, and a lime slice.
