Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing pitcher.
  2. Whisk vigorously for 60 to 90 seconds until the sweetened condensed milk is fully incorporated and the mixture is a uniform pale ivory color.
  3. Pour the liquid base into the Ninja Slushi canister.
  4. Select the 'Milkshake' or 'Creamy' setting and allow the machine to churn until the texture transforms into a thick, swirling frozen ribbon with a soft-serve consistency.
  5. Dispense the slushie into chilled glasses.
