Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk

Instructions:
- Combine the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing pitcher.
- Whisk vigorously for 60 to 90 seconds until the sweetened condensed milk is fully incorporated and the mixture is a uniform pale ivory color.
- Pour the liquid base into the Ninja Slushi canister.
- Select the 'Milkshake' or 'Creamy' setting and allow the machine to churn until the texture transforms into a thick, swirling frozen ribbon with a soft-serve consistency.
- Dispense the slushie into chilled glasses.
