Creamy Green Monster Smoothie
- 1 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen
- 1 whole Banana Frozen; peel before freezing
- 0.5 piece Avocado or ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Almond milk Unsweetened
- 1 tsp Honey Optional
3-Minute Creamy Tomato Soup
- 14 oz Fire-roasted tomatoes Canned
- 0.5 cup Coconut milk Or any milk
- 1 clove Garlic Fresh
- 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes

Smoothie
