Ingredients
  

  • 3 Extra ripe bananas The blacker, the sweeter
  • 1/3 cup Almond milk Or any milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Almond flour Gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chunks 70%+ cacao, no sugar added

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  • In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Fold in dark chocolate chunks gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use frozen overripe bananas for easier prep.
  • For added sweetness, mash 1–2 dates into the batter.
  • You can substitute almond flour with certified gluten-free oat flour.
  • Store wrapped slices in foil and freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Underbake slightly for a fudgier center!
