- 1/3 cup Almond milk Or any milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups Almond flour Gluten-free
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chunks 70%+ cacao, no sugar added
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Fold in dark chocolate chunks gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
