- ¼ cup Coconut sugar
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Almond flour
- ⅓ cup Melted coconut oil Can swap for applesauce
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix goumi berries and coconut sugar. Transfer to a baking dish.
Make the crumble topping: Combine oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until crumbly.
