Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Goumi berries
  • ¼ cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Almond flour
  • cup Melted coconut oil Can swap for applesauce
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix goumi berries and coconut sugar. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Make the crumble topping: Combine oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until crumbly.
  • Assemble & bake: Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berries. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Cool & serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a lower-calorie version, swap coconut oil for applesauce.
  • Use gluten-free oats for a 100% gluten-free dessert.
