Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour Spoon into cup, don’t pack
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil Extra-virgin or light
  • 0.75 cup Cold milk Dairy or almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add olive oil and milk to the bowl. Stir gently until just combined—don’t overmix.
  • Drop dough in ¼-cup scoops onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Serve warm with honey or jam.

  • For a savory twist, add garlic powder and chopped herbs.
